April

  • This month we spent a lot of time with Kawena while Keao was in training for Hawaiian Airlines.
  • 5th (Friday) Jason and I went to the temple and performed several sealings of sons and daughters to their parents. The Gillette girls watched our daughters watch Nanea and Hali'a. How blessed we are to have our children sealled to us for time and all eternity in this life time. We also submitted the KS documents for scholarship next year.
  • 12th (Friday) Jason was accepted to the Masters Social Work Program at UH Manoa.
  • 18th (Thursday) I mailed in my Grad School application to the Civil Engineering Masters Program.
  • 22nd (Monday) We left for NZ to surprise Grandma on Hawaiian Airlines, thanks to Aunty Keao and family in NZ.

  • Nanea can: move a tool to refireve objects, washes and dries hands partially, finds detail in picutre books, opens doors by turning knobs, helps with simple house hold tasks, can expresss fear, anger, sympathy, modesty, guilt, and joy, enjoys rolling and tuble play, imitates doing housework, demonstrates use of objects.
