Hali'a's 3yr Checkup

Weight: 33.4 pound
Height: 37 inches
This girl is sooooo strong, hilarious, intelligent, strong willed, has a huge heart, cares for her brother and sister, bugs them and drives me crazy, but that's from one #2 to another. Today had her annual check up and was so good. Only had to get a TB test done. Was a trooper. She knows what happens at the dr so I prepared for by practicing with her dr mcstuffins stuff. Worked perfectly.

Tairāwhiti 16-17 Months

Weight: 24.6 pounds
Height: 32 inches
Head: 18.9 inches
This boy has grown up a lot. We had a little scare with an allergic reaction he had. Took him to Kahuku hospital because his hands and feet were swollen. They said he has handfoot and mouth, which I thought was wrong. The next day he was breaking out all over. We took him to Kapiolani. They said he had hives, a reaction from some allergy. Not sure what it is but he was prescribed a steroi and Benadryl to help with the itchiness.

Hali'a's 3rd Birthday

Happy 3rd birthday fun for our #2 Hali'a Mārama Smith, the  life of the party who never ceases to to amaze us!! This princess of ours is so special. She is the so intelligent, has so much energy
and caring for her siblings. We don't really do big parties for our children, but make sure to spend quality time with them, especially in their birthday, and treat them to the little things that bring them happiness. We took her shopping for her bike helmet, even though she had no idea she was getting a bike for her birthday from Grandma and Papa, we kept hidden for a month. Daddy helped her pick out the perfect one. She we sooooo happy when she saw it come out. "Yes...because it's mine!" Is what she said haha. Bought Nanea some bike pom-poms too so she wouldn't feel left out. This was my first adventure of making home-made birthday cakes (my one of my goals this year).

January

-5th (Tuesday) we finally got to go in and become members of the Hawaii State Federal Credit Union since Jason was off work early. We opens our checking and savings account there, found out that we will be financing our soon to be truck with them and learning to do the 101Financial with them. We also were able to get many answered questions regarding Hawaiian Homes for Jason from Aunty Helen Wai.
-6th (Wednesday) Bought a new 2012 Toyota Tundra Truck!!!! It's been a long time coming since Jason passed probation. We've been searching and shopping around (stocking Craigslists) and all types of dealers. We finally were able to jump at this one at Volvo of Honolulu. We are happy with year make and model and the price and financing we will be getting for it.
