*22nd (Wednesday)-Jase body boarding Pounders

*25th (Saturday)-Played in beach volleyball tournament. Chastity Nobriga was my partner. We came in 2nd place Nanea had fun playing in the sand, with other friends, aunty and tutu, and Jason walked Waikiki with Mawake.

*28th (Tuesday)-Aunty Hana Smith passed away. We were blessed enough to help the DeCaires' go back to NZ to support whanau.

(Monday) When Kimo, Ashley and Hananlei went to New Zealand, we had Mawake over. We went to dinner at Kahuku Grill.

(Tuesday) Went to PCC lu'au since Mawake was here. Jermaine hooked us up with some tickets so it was a great night of food and entertainment.

11 Months

Nanea spent most of this month getting to know her grandma and papa better. They watched her while Jason and I went to school. This month Nanea:

*has two more teeth which grew in, now 8 teeth total.

*started to feed herself some food with her hands and spoon. Not perfectly, but starting...check out the video.

*we found out she has asthma.

*has two baby sitters: Aunty Cheka Hohaia (neighbor downstairs-Tuesday and Thursday) and Veronica Strong (Monday and Friday).

*is more independent. She has fun trying to stand up on her own for a few seconds.

*loves to watch Shrek since we didn't have cable for a few weeks.

*likes to eat cereal with mommy and daddy.

*can climb stairs and go down the slide on the playground.

*got a new jogger stroller and car seat for $130.

*plays ball with daddy.

*has started to experiment with standing on her own for a few seconds and then falling into daddy's lap.
